Amanda graduated from Spa Tech Institute in 2002 as a Licensed Massage Therapist. Spa Tech i s now located in Westbrook, Maine.
In 2013 Amanda completed her certification training in releasing the rotator cuff. She adds, “shoulder problems and injury are my specialty”. In 2016 Amanda went on to complete her certification in Holy Fire ll Karuna Reiki Master Training.

Amanda began her first five years in practice at Moore Chiropractic Center alongside Roy Moore, in Windham, ME. She then ventured out renting space at Innovations Hair Salon where she practiced massage therapy and Reiki healing. Since then Amanda opened her own practice Hands And Soul Integrative Massage, Health, and Wellness in 2019. Amanda’s practice is now located back to her roots at Moore Chiropractic Center in Windham, ME.
At the age of nine years old she knew, and told her parents, that she would be a body worker. She attributes her calling to her loving Mother and Father.
Amanda has said “I love this work and continuing my education/training in many other healing modalities, to better suit the needs of many. I’m enjoying creating a space for various types of healers and therapists to come and tailor/treat with their own individual specific needs. I am honored to have these gifts and the ability to share them with others. The Earth and people need healing now more than ever before”
Amanda is excited to bring a team of healers together with all different techniques and modalities. To create a sacred healing space, that all are welcome. Healing is never ending. Hands and Soul. “Where you come to heal.”

Cherie is passionately committed to the holistic treatment and overall wellness of her clients. Cherie is focused on bringing them relief and good health. She brings over 17 years hands on therapeutic treatment relieving stress and pain as a massage practitioner. In addition, she also brings 4 years of licensed expertise as an aesthetician and educator with a lifelong commitment to quality skin care. Cherie is dual licensed in Maine and Massachusetts. When not taking great care of her clients she can be found relaxing with one of her many crochet projects or enjoying local sports.

India is our Certified Athletic Trainer who provides cupping, reiki and therapeutic exercise services. She was board certified in 2014 and also works as a sports medicine professional for local high school sports. She has additional training in nutrition, massage and functional exercise. It is her intention to address the root cause of your pain and treat holistically so that you can return to the activities that empower you to grow.

Samantha has worked in the wellness industry for over two decades as both a licensed massage therapist and licensed aesthetician. For the last several years she has focused her energy in the medical aesthetics setting. Gathering a wealth of education and experience on the latest medical treatments such as, microneedling, laser, coolsculpting, emsculpt, and more. Heather is a skilled and dedicated massage therapist with a passion for providing personalized care to her clients. Since graduating from Spa Tech in 2021, she has honed her craft through working both at home and day spas. Heather specializes in a range of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, Polarity, and cranial/facial massage. Her commitment to tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of her clients ensures that they receive the highest level of care and attention. Heather's ongoing pursuit of learning and practicing new techniques allows her to continually enhance her skills and provide exceptional massage experiences.

Kathryn Darling graduated from Spa Tech in 2022. Since, she has worked to hone and dedicate her craft; she’s practiced cupping, assisted stretching and other various forms of PNF, pregnancy, oncology, polarity, and much more! She’s an incredibly passionate individual who specializes in cranial work, polarity, swedish, and deep tissue! She both believes and values healing touch and guarantees you’ll leave her table feeling cared for.
