Our Story
Hands and Soul Integrative Massage Health and Wellness is where you come to heal. We have brought together an elite group of healers to best customize your healing needs. We offer massage therapy, medical massage, oncology massage, & neuromuscular cupping therapy with our athletic trainer, earth based healing, reiki healing as well as reiki master training. We pride ourselves in healing the mind body and spirit.

Amanda graduated from Spa Tech Institute in 2002 as a Licensed Massage Therapist. Spa Tech i s now located in Westbrook, Maine.
In 2013 Amanda completed her certification training in releasing the rotator cuff. She adds, “shoulder problems and injury are my specialty”. In 2016 Amanda went on to complete her certification in Holy Fire ll Karuna Reiki Master Training.
Amanda began her first five years in practice at Moore Chiropractic Center alongside Roy Moore, in Windham, ME. She then ventured out renting space at Innovations Hair Salon where she practiced massage therapy and Reiki healing. Since then Amanda opened her own practice Hands And Soul Integrative Massage, Health, and Wellness in 2019. Amanda’s practice is now located back to her roots at Moore Chiropractic Center in Windham, ME.
At the age of nine years old she knew, and told her parents, that she would be a body worker. She attributes her calling to her loving Mother and Father.
Amanda has said “I love this work and continuing my education/training in many other healing modalities, to better suit the needs of many. I’m enjoying creating a space for various types of healers and therapists to come and tailor/treat with their own individual specific needs. I am honored to have these gifts and the ability to share them with others. The Earth and people need healing now more than ever before”
Amanda is excited to bring a team of healers together with all different techniques and modalities. To create a sacred healing space, that all are welcome. Healing is never ending. Hands and Soul. “Where you come to heal.”
